Registered Psychologist

About Katrina

As a practicing psychologist, I offer a warm, collaborative, and client-centred approach to therapy. My work is grounded in the belief that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful change. It provides a safe and respectful space where clients can make sense of their experiences and navigate life’s difficulties.

I view therapy as a tool for transformation. It is useful for when you’re facing significant psychological distress or simply seeking greater clarity and direction. Together, we work to uncover patterns, build insight, and develop practical strategies that support emotional wellbeing and personal growth. I aim to help clients recognise, reclaim, or establish the life they want to live, guided by their values.

Life can be incredibly complex, and our responses to it are equally nuanced. Therapy is a space to explore who we are, how we relate to others, and how we engage with the world. It’s also a space for change. It is where new ways of thinking, feeling, and relating can emerge, allowing us to live more authentically and meaningfully.
