We hope our Brisbane CBD psychologist office space feels like a home away from home. The personal connection we aim to develop with clients makes this a safe and warm hearted place to be able to face difficult issues.

Payment

Payment should be made at the time of your counselling session. Medicare Rebates, in most cases, are available on the spot when applicable. Please ensure you have the necessary paperwork, a current medicare card, and your debit card with you.

Cancellation Policy & No Shows

We ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment to avoid cancellation fees.

Letters and Reports

Requests for reports and/or letters legal or other purposes will attract a fee. The rate will be based on the recommended Australian Psychological Society (APS) rate at the time of the request. For more information please enquire with reception.

Note: All letters and reports (excluding Medicare related requirements) will need to be paid for in full prior to their release.

Wheelchair Accessibility

Our offices are wheelchair accessible.  If your session is after 5:30 pm or on the weekend, please call us at 07 3211 1117 when you arrive and we will come down to meet you.

Bringing your Children

Unfortunately we do not have child minding facilities. Children must be accompanied at all times by an adult and not left in our waiting room alone.

Facilities

Let us make you a tea or coffee, or even just a glass of cold water, to help you unwind and relax while you wait. For your convenience there are also mens’ and womens’ toilets located at our office.

Parking

Street and paid parking is available in the surrounding area.  Prices vary considerably so please check around to find a suitable location.

Secure Parking is available at the Winter Garden Centre (Elizabeth Street, Next to the Hilton Hotel), Queens Plaza or Post Office Square. For more information go to www.secureparking.com.au

Public Transport

Central Station is right across the road, so catching the train is easy.

Elevator – hours of operation

Please note! After 5.30pm (or on weekends) clients will need to call the office on 07 3211 1117 when they arrive, to gain elevator access to level 9 where we are located.
