Dayna Donsky is a registered psychologist with a back ground heavily involved in dealing with multiple forms of trauma.
She has a strong desire to provide a diverse and accepting approach to the people she works with including members of the LGBTIQ+ community.
Dayna creates a safe and trusted space and uses a holistic and strengths based approach to therapy. She helps people open up and deal with issues complicating their life, providing them with skills to make coping easier.
Dayna is skilled in the application of a range of evidence-based psychological therapies applicable to young people and adults, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Integrated Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (Mi-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) Schema Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
More personally, Dayna is passionate about animal welfare and enjoys playing sport. Dayna hopes to cultivate a genuine, warm and unconditionally positive environment for all clients.
