
About Cartiah
Cartiah is a dedicated and compassionate psychologist who has recently completed her Master’s in Psychology (Educational and Developmental). She has experience working in private practice and school settings, supporting individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults.
Cartiah takes a flexible, client-led approach to therapy, drawing on individuals’ strengths to help them enhance their well-being and achieve their goals. She creates a safe and welcoming environment, ensuring clients feel heard, respected, and supported. With a warm and empathetic nature, she fosters strong therapeutic relationships built on trust and collaboration.
She primarily incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) in her practice, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.
Outside of work, Cartiah enjoys reading, attempting to do arts and crafts, and spending time with her dog.
