Adults facing life, work, relationship or financial challenges and youth or families struggling with issues related to anxiety, stress or depression will be drawn to registered psychologist Anita Hosking.  Anita works with her clients’ strengths in order to decrease their difficulties or limitations and increase their overall satisfaction with life.  She has been providing therapy and supporting clients since 2010.

Anita tailors creative and solution focussed approaches for individual counselling predominantly based upon the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework.  She supports the needs of her clients by drawing on a wide range of therapeutic modalities including Mindfulness; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy; Interpersonal Therapy; Narrative Therapy; Motivational Interviewing; Vocational Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Anita is passionate about providing an holistic approach to supporting clients towards improved well-being by acknowledging the uniqueness of each person.  She is also passionate about yoga and yogic philosophy, Ayurvedic nutrition, reiki and Kahuna and Ayurvedic massage.
